Sheila Dianne Henson

The Beloved Sheila Dianne Henson was born on February 15th, 1962, in French Camp,
California to the honored parents David and Betty F. Henson. She was the Fourth of Five
Children born to this Union.
She attended Tracy High School with her sisters, Debra and Alisa Henson, and a slew of
Cousins.
One of Sheila’s Greatest joys in Life was being a Mother. She has Four Beautiful Children,
Jonta, Terry Jr., Tammera, and Tiffany Woodard. In the midst of bringing blessings into this
world, Sheila united in Holy Matrimony with Terry Woodard, Sr. Although the marriage ended,
the two stayed in touch throughout the years.
Not only was Sheila a Loving Daughter, Sister, Mother and Wife, she was also a God-Fearing
Woman. Sheila was indoctrinated into the Women of Destiny-Igniters of the Fire Ministry
(WODIOTF) in 2000. Here She ministered, fed the homeless and sowed seeds of God’s Word
into her loved ones and people She met.
During Sheila’s journey, She met Carlos Williams. Undeniably, they brought out the best in one
another. Carlos loved calling Sheila “SHEILA E. ”The two were wed on March 17, 2017.
Through this Divine Union, Sheila was gifted a bonus Daughter, Vanessa Williams, and two
Grandsons, Massiah and Micah. Sheila fully embraced that bonus gift with open arms, as her
Children were her most prized possessions. She cherished her Children, Grandchildren, and
Family to the fullest extent.
Sheila was full of Positivity and had a Zeal for Life. She was Funny, Amusing, Exciting,
Humble and Kind-Hearted. Most would describe Her as Generous and Selfless, as She would
easily give Her last. She was a Nurturer and Always made sure Everyone was Cared for. She
Inspired and Motivated Everyone to step out on Faith and follow their Dreams. Sheila had a way
of showing her Appreciation to those She Loved. Her Loved ones always felt Sheila’s Love and
Gratitude for them, and She would treat anyone that She came in contact the same. She had a
HEART OF GOLD. Sheila Truly Understood the meaning of Life, while living it to the fullest.
She IS the Embodiment of Love.
Sheila entered eternal rest on February 15th, 2025, Her 63rd birthday. Her beautiful Spirit will
continue to positively impact Her Family and all that were blessed to know Her, as She will Live
on in their Hearts. She was preceded in death by Her Brothers; Ricky, David Jr., and Ronnie; Her
Father, David Henson, Sr. and Her Beloved Husband Carlos Williams.
Sheila leaves to cherish her loving memories, her Mother Betty F. Jones-Miller of Tracy, CA,
her children Jonta (Lynedra) Woodard of Sacramento, CA., Terry Woodard Jr. of Sacramento,
CA., Tammera Woodard of Sacramento, CA. Tiffany Woodard of Sacramento, CA., and
Vanessa Williams of Novato, CA.; Her Sisters, Debra Henson of Sacramento, CA; Alisa Henson
of Tracy, CA.; Her Thirteen Grandchildren, Tamya, Violet, Steele, AJ, Damariyea, Demarcus,
Beautyful, T.J., Santana, Escobar, Camila, Massiah, and Micah; Nieces & Nephews, and a Host
of Relatives and Friends.
