Jean Sarah Grovum

Jean Sarah Grovum, age 77, of Casper, WY, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on August 5, 1948, in Casper, WY, to James and Mildred Thompson.

Jeannie lived life with a smile, a generous heart, and an endless love for her family and friends. She graduated from Natrona County High School in 1966 and spent nearly 18 years as a devoted mother and homemaker before working in a variety of roles, including secretary and loan processor. She made everyone around her feel cared for, and she will forever be remembered as an example of kindness, warmth, and strength. She was a wonderful wife, mom, grandma, sister, and friend, and she will be celebrated always.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Grovum; her daughter, Kristi Graning; her son, Eric Grovum; her daughter-in-law, Tracey; and her grandchildren, Catherine, Tey, Dax, and Maya. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son-in-law.
