Edward Joseph Sayles, born May 25, 1966 in Torrance, California passed away peacefully at home on May 7, 2025 in Sacramento, California. Ed was a skilled carpenter and a man-of-all trades, especially focusing his attention on his church, El Camino Baptist Church. Ed was always there to help people throughout his life. If you needed help with anything, Ed was there to support you and solve problems. Ed was also known for his generous heart, and great sense of humor. He enjoyed making people laugh. He loved camping and fishing and even loved snow skiing in his younger years. He was a big dog lover and had many over the years. He is survived by his five brothers and their spouses: Bill and Stef, Chuck and Mary, Don and Lisa, Tom and Mandy, Ron and Tammie, his four nieces Maryanne, Carly, Kimberly, Heather and nephew Sean, his Aunt Carolyn Triano and cousins David, Steve and Sarah and their families.
