Alexis Jaurequi

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Alexis "Leja" Jaurequi, 51, of Sacramento, on June 29, 2026. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend.

Born on May 13, 1975, in Sacramento, Alexis was known for her vibrant presence and a laugh that could be heard from down the street. She was a talented crafter who cherished every moment spent with her family.

Though she left us too soon, she leaves behind many wonderful memories. Alexis is survived by her daughters, Jaime and Elena; her mother, Helen; her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Aisha; her niece and nephew, Nate and Leilani; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss her dearly.
